The school is open to all children who will be three, four or five by September 30th of that school year.  The administrator or designee shall interview each child or their parent or guardian prior to the child's admission to the program.  Children must be fully toilet trained at the time of school entrance. 

Prior to the opening day of school, the teachers will conduct home visits.  The purpose of the home visit is for the teacher and child to meet in familiar surroundings as a basis to establish rapport and to ease the parent-child separation on the first day of school.
