Developing the Hearts and Minds of Young Children for Over 35 Years

We are a non-profit preschool sponsored by the Medina United Methodist Church as a non-denominational ministry to the children of our community. Established in 1970, our developmental nursery school meets Early Learning Standards as presented by the Ohio Department of Education.

Our primary purpose is to nourish the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth of each child in a positive, fun way. The children at our school have the opportunity to gain security and independence apart from their home while interacting with their peers and trained teachers.

A child also learns to accept directions and discover ways he/she can contribute to the group as a whole in a respectful manner. 

Our student to teacher ratios are kept well below the state requirements.  We offer classes for 3, 4 and 5 year olds, along with an optional preschool enrichment program (PEP) for our 4 year olds.
